Rules & Regulations

COURT ACCESS

• The court is open to IoBM students, faculty, management, alumni, and authorized members.
• A valid IoBM ID must be presented upon request.
• Alumni, faculty, and management may invite guests.
• All guests must be registered at the time of booking and are required to present their original CNIC for entry.

BOOKING & PLAY TIME

• Court use is strictly by advance booking only. 
• Each session is limited to 60 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down time.
• Late arrivals will not receive extra time and must finish their session as scheduled.
• Players must vacate the court promptly at the end of their slot to avoid disrupting the next booking.
• Only individuals listed in the booking may play; substituting players or walk-ins are not allowed without prior approval.

Dress Code

• Non-marking court shoes are mandatory.
• Appropriate sports attire must be worn at all times.
• No jeans, sandals, or open-toed footwear allowed.

Equipment

• Players must use padel-specific rackets and balls.
• Personal equipment must be removed after play.
• IoBM is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Code of Conduct

• Respect fellow players, staff, and court property.
• No abusive language, aggressive behavior, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on IoBM premises, including the padel court area.

Safety

• Play at your own risk.
• Report any injuries or hazards immediately to staff.
• No food, drinks, or glass containers allowed on the court.

Cleanliness

• Dispose of trash in bins provided.
• Keep the court clean and dry at all times.
• Spitting and littering are strictly prohibited.

Spectators

• Spectators must remain outside the court boundaries.
• Do not disturb or interrupt ongoing games.

Damage & Misuse

• Any intentional damage to the facility will result in penalties or suspension of access.
• Do not hang or lean on the net or fences.

Management Rights

• IoBM reserves the right to cancel bookings or remove individuals who violate these rules.
• No refunds will be alloted in such cases. 
• All decisions by IoBM Sports Management are final.
